7. Return & Refunds
LaptopsHome.com will honor any valid return request. If the product received is damaged in any way, you purchase is covered for that damage and a claim can be issued for the reimbursement for the cost of the goods, or for the cost of replacement.
Any refund or return request must be made within 14 days from date of purchased. The item must be returned unused, with manuals and with original packaging material. Refunds are avaliable within 7 days after the receiving date. In the event the item purchased is defective for any reason, LaptopsHome.com will return product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges. All returned products are subject to inspection. The product will be declared ineligible for return and be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the total merchandise value. If the package is returned to us for ANY reason you will still be responsible for the original shipping fees charged to you by LaptopsHome.com. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
